All contractual relationships are governed exclusively by Swiss law.

Billing is done monthly based on usage; in particular, AI-supported conversation services of the system are invoiced in the following month and must be paid within 14 days by bank transfer.

In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service after issuing a reminder.
Contracts for the use of Jobotic Systems can be terminated with four weeks’ notice to the end of the month; for larger projects, individually agreed notice periods apply.
