Billing is done monthly based on usage; in particular, AI-supported conversation services of the system are invoiced in the following month and must be paid within 14 days by bank transfer.<\/span><\/p>

In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service after issuing a reminder.<\/span>
Contracts for the use of Jobotic Systems can be terminated with four weeks’ notice to the end of the month; for larger projects, individually agreed notice periods apply.<\/span><\/p>
